Lineage Bureau is a service of Zoidworks LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. By submitting an intake, you confirm that the research subject is deceased and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Free Evidence Scan

The free scan is an automated lead-finding service. It may identify candidate records or useful research routes, but it is not a genealogical proof conclusion and does not guarantee that a record belongs to the person you named.

Paid Discovery Sprint

A Discovery Sprint is a fixed-scope research service around one accepted question. Research can be inconclusive. We promise an honest account of the sources searched, findings, conflicts, limits, and recommended next step—not a predetermined answer.

Refunds

A paid Sprint may be refunded in full before research begins. Once research has started, the work and resulting brief will be delivered even if the evidence is inconclusive. Zoidworks LLC may issue additional refunds at its discretion.

Responsible use

Do not use the service to investigate living people, locate someone who does not wish to be found, make employment, credit, insurance, housing, legal, or safety decisions, or obtain information unlawfully.
